Low Carb Pancake and Waffle Mix
Light, fluffy and perfect for a special, fun breakfast.
Delicious enough that nobody will guess that they are grain free, sugar free, dairy free and low carb!
A staple in our household, we like ours with a little bit of yoghurt, seasonal fruit and a drizzle of 100% maple syrup. Enjoy!
You will need:
1 cup water or milk of your choice
Coconut oil, or other fat for frying
To make sweet pancakes add 1 tablespoon of your preferred sweetener and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Makes approx. 32 small Pancakes, 4 Waffles & over 100 Blinis.
Ingredients: Almond meal, tapioca starch, bicarb soda, salt.
