Full flavoured, nutty and filling, this rice tastes great in a variety of dishes, from poke bowls to rice puddings. Grown in Riverina, NSW by farmers who actively engage in sustainable water use and farming practices. This rice is also known as the Opus variety, which is unique to Australia.
