By using this site, you agree and accept our terms & conditions of use. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, you may not use this site.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to delivery. We are happy to accept bank transfers, our bank details are available upon request. Cash payment is accepted only by prior arrangement, and at our discretion.
If no payment is made before delivery then your order may be cancelled.
3. Refund Policy
Our aim is to please and your feedback is always welcome.
To make a return of a non-food item, please inform us either by email or phone. ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY
We do our best to only list items we are confident we will be able to receive from our supplier, however in the event that an item you have pre-ordered does not arrive in our weekly delivery, we will credit your account on our website for that amount.
4. Pick Up Conditions
In order to purchase food items from FROG, you must live within Hervey Bay or Maryborough, or be able to pick up from one of these locations on the Wednesday of delivery.
Delivery day is WEDNESDAY for all orders, unless arranged prior. Orders need to be in by SUNDAY NIGHT. If you have difficulty placing the order by this time, please contact us and we will try and assist you.
Pick up and delivery times depend on your area. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, changes could be made to the delivery schedule.
We do our best to provide you with the freshest produce. However once we have delivered to your nominated pick up point or house, it is your responsibility to ensure you pick up your order as soon as you can. FROG will not be help responsible for any loss or theft occurring from uncollected goods.
FROG accepts that in the event of goods arriving damaged via our own transport, we will replace the goods or a credit will be issued.
We offer delivery for $10 within Hervey Bay & Maryborough/Tinana, however due to limited delivery vehicles and time constraints, we can not guarantee all areas. If you'd like your box delivered please contact us to confirm your location prior to your first order.
FROG cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away correctly ASAP.
6. Limitation of Liability
FROG's maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. FROG will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
FROG has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time we put it there. While we apologise if any errors have been made, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on these pages and all users do so at their own risk. All images used on this site are representations for your information only and are not necessarily true images of that product.
8. Third parties
Your privacy is important to us, all information you give us is kept secure, and we will NEVER pass on your information to any parties outside of FROG. Promise!
